Why this one

Go beyond rehab tricks. Master the system.

If you are tired of memorising trending drills or chasing symptoms with banded distractions, this is the level up. Instead of guessing, you learn one unified assessment-to-training framework. Not just what to do, but why you are doing it, so you can adapt to whoever walks through your door.

What you leave with

Four things you can use on Monday.

Assessment frameworks

3D assessments for mobility, stability, muscle function and motor control. Identify root causes instead of playing whack-a-mole with old-school testing.

Exercise prescription

Next-level corrective exercise and full integration into training. No more banded external rotations. People get ready to move at whatever level they want, not just discharged from low-level rehab.

Real-world application

You practise everything you learn and get guidance on the spot. You also work on your own body, so you leave with something for your own training as well as your clients'.

A coach's eye, checked

Time in a safe learning environment with your execution checked over, so you leave confident you are doing it right rather than hoping you are.

Ash Grossmann and Tash Osgood at Fort Training
Two teachers, two disciplines

You get the coaching side and the clinical side in the same room.

Ash brings the movement mechanics system. Tash brings the hands-on clinical work she uses in practice every week. Most courses give you one or the other, which is exactly why so many people leave able to assess but not to fix.

How the two days run

Mostly hands on, deliberately.

Both days

0930 to 1730

Taught material and practicals throughout, with a lunch break. Delivered live and in person so you can ask questions, get real-time feedback and practise on real people.

Throughout

Practical over theory

The focus is practising the skills you are learning, not making notes to forget later. Everything is provided: tools, templates and resources.

Thursday evening

Optional dinner

For anyone who wants to keep geeking out after hours. Entirely optional, and a good chunk of the room usually comes.

Afterwards

Follow-up support

Access to resources and follow-up support so you can apply what you learned once you are back with your own clients.

Questions people ask.

Who is this workshop for?
Anyone who wants to bridge the gap between treatment and performance. Most attendees are physios, osteos, chiros, personal trainers and CrossFit coaches, but anyone working with movement or injuries will get a lot out of it.
Do I need prior experience or my own kit?
At least one year of professional experience is recommended, and a basic understanding of training helps. Everything else, tools, templates and resources, is provided. Come ready to participate.
What will I walk away with?
An easy-to-follow assessment protocol, a process for exercise selection and programming, and a report on your own movement with exercises to take away and work on.
Is it live or pre-recorded?
Live and in person, both days. That is the point. You ask questions, get real-time feedback, practise on real people, and work directly with Ash and Tash.
Is there support after the workshop?
Yes. You get access to resources and follow-up support so you can confidently apply what you learned once the two days are over.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel more than 30 days before and you get a full refund. Between 14 and 30 days, either a 50% refund or your full payment moved to the next workshop. Inside 14 days we cannot refund, because the room and catering are committed by then, but you can pass your seat to a colleague at any point up to 48 hours before. If we cancel, you get everything back.
