Fix movement at the cause, not the symptom.

Out of pain is the first 20% of the job.

The other 80% is rebuilding how someone moves so it doesn't come back. Get the assessment framework and the training toolkit to find the actual driver, not just the symptom site, and take people all the way back to their sport.

CPD certified. 100+ professionals mentored. Intake kept small for real feedback.

See it in action

Watch what a proper movement assessment looks like.

Ash shows how movement mechanics finds the driver behind the symptom, and what that changes about your treatment and rehab.

Sound familiar

You already know the model has a gap.

Hands-on movement assessment in the gym
The problem underneath

Manual therapy softens the symptom. It doesn't change how someone moves.

Rub tissue and it feels better for a couple of days. The underlying pattern is still there, so the same complaint keeps walking back through your door.

The gap

Your education stopped where the hard part starts.

Physio, osteo and chiro qualifications teach you to treat the acute injury. They don't teach you how to load someone back to sprinting, lifting or competing without the same fault flaring up again. That gap is where people plateau, and where they start looking for someone else to finish the job.

What changes

What you'll be able to do.

Assess the whole body, not the sore joint

Run a full Muscle Imbalance Assessment and read someone's mechanics across all three planes. Stop treating the site and start reading the system.

Separate the symptom from the driver

Find what's actually causing the fault instead of chasing pain around the body. The knee that hurts is usually hurting because of somewhere else.

Bridge rehab to performance

Prescribe training that takes someone from settled injury back to full load, and keeps them there. This is the part your qualification skipped.

Become the name that gets passed around

Build the reputation that has coaches and other clinicians referring their hard cases to you, at prices your outcomes justify.

“I just started putting my price up and realising the movement mechanics assessments you taught me were more effective than my osteopathic methods. I always say that I wish your course was part of my university degree, as I feel like it's massively missing.”

How it's built

A pathway, not a pile of videos.

You submit real assessments on your own patients and get them marked by the team, so you're applying it in clinic from early on. Five phases, in order.

Principles

The real science of how muscles work and move, and why it changes how you treat everything downstream.

Assessment

The full Muscle Imbalance Assessment. Stability, then mobility, then motor control, read across all three planes.

Correction

Choosing and designing the right exercises for the body in front of you, not a generic protocol off a shelf.

Embedding

Loading the correction into real training so the change holds under sport and heavy work.

Mastery

Developing your coach's eye so you can spot dysfunction on sight, before you've run a single test.

Who's teaching you

I came at this from the wrong end.

A neck and shoulder injury at 14 from rugby that kept coming back. Ten years of standard treatment never actually fixed it, and eventually I decided there had to be a better way.

My background is Biology and Biomechanics at Oxford, then a decade-plus of qualifications in coaching, S&C and movement mechanics for both therapy and performance. I work with world-class athletes on performance, and I've helped hundreds of people out of pain. The part I care most about is teaching clinicians and coaches to do the same.

We've now mentored 100+ health and fitness professionals, including chiros and osteos who've rebuilt their practice around this. I think these skills become the industry norm before long. The sooner you have them, the sooner you pull away from the crowd.

Why we can say that

We cap the numbers. And we back the outcome.

Intake is kept deliberately small, so you get real feedback on your own patients rather than a seat in a webinar. And we're confident enough in what happens that if your service isn't meaningfully better by the end of the programme, you get your money back.

Straight answers

Before you book.

I'm already a qualified clinician. Won't a lot of this be revision?
The assessment framework and the training side are exactly the parts your qualification skipped. Clinicians usually tell us the first month reframes how they see movement rather than repeats what they already know.
How much time does it take each week?
Around 2 to 4 hours. Some weeks more, some less. It's built to fit around a clinic schedule, and you work through it whenever suits you.
Is it all online? I learn by doing.
You apply it to your own patients from early on and submit real assessment videos for direct feedback. It's hands-on with your actual caseload, not just watching a screen.
What does it cost?
It depends on the duration and level of support that fits your situation. We go through the options properly on the discovery call.
The time is now

In six months, you're either getting the same results, or you're the clinician others send their hard cases to.

Book a free discovery call. We'll look at where your service caps out and whether this is the right fit. No pitch if it isn't.
